ARC Design + Build developed a concept design for an Early Learning Centre tender application. The design, derived from a floor layout by the City of Ballarat, and the brief called for an efficient and cost effective build to meet a tight budget. An expressed skeletal portal frame structure was used wrapped with light weight Colorbond cladding. Exposed timber was incorporated to soften the primary structure. ARC Design + Build’s services for this project services included concept design.
