The McCallum Community Centre project was an adaptive re-use for McCallum Disability Services existing disability day-centre in St.Arnaud, central Victoria. Originally an education facility built in the late 1970’s, the project featured the redesign of the entire 1000m² double brick building. The project required large amounts of internal demolition to create a community hall space, conference rooms, multi-purpose office spaces, AS1428 compliant bathrooms and toilets and outdoor spaces including new entry ramps and paths. ARC Design + Build’s services included full design and documentation and contract administration.
