Built by ARC Design + Build in Insignia, Ballarat, this 4-bedroom home was architecturally designed to be solar passive. With large expanses of north facing glass that open out onto rear north-facing decking, the home is a combination of cypress, cement sheeting and concrete blockwork. This project was shortlisted in the National 2019 Houses award and has been published in Houses magazine.
