Built by ARC Design + Build in Central Ballarat, the Reptile Gulch extension project was a challenge as the building area boarded a historic home, a creek and an existing building. Featuring an under-ground basement, suspended concrete floor, concrete tilt panels and steel portal frame, the project was built on a cost-plus contract and came in well under budget. Design was by Madin Lyons.
