Designed on a land locked site in Daylesford the Smith Street project consists of two dwellings. The first dwelling is the primary residence, featuring a car stacker garage, and the second a Bed and Breakfast. The dwellings were designed to capture northern sunlight in the cooler months and the large eaves provide protection from the summer sun. Arenas North and Arenas South are both available for short stay accommodation at Daylesford Country Retreats.
